Dr. Majeed Khadaroo, one of the founder members of the Orchid Society of Mauritius, has bred and registered with the Registrar of the Royal Horticultural Society of U.K. a Vanda which he named Vanda OSM (OSM stands for Orchid Society of Mauritius).

A clone from this cross of Vanda Bangkok Blue and Vanda Dr. Anek was given the clonal name of Vanda OSM ‘Silver Anniversary’.
